النص Poem text
Greetings and peace come down upon you, O you who stays awake while the Muslims sleep.
Countries are crossed, and wherever you came to a nation, banners of your virtue were spread among them.
Like the full moon whose light shines wherever it roams, and wherever truth settles, it brings security.
They did not measure your true worth in the West, so Egypt and the Levant are far more fitting.
In you lies the hope for a nation that trifled with childish games while the days pressed on with seriousness.
May you ever remain a thorn in the throat of error and its people, and may God be pleased with you, and peace.
